Terms of Service

1. Who can use con10tos

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you're legally able to enter into these Terms.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. con10tos supports optional two-factor authentication, which we recommend enabling. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Your content

You own the photos, captions, comments, and other content you post to con10tos. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content back to other users as part of operating the Service — nothing more. That license ends when you delete the content or your account, aside from residual copies kept briefly for backups or as required by law.

You're solely responsible for what you post. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share, or anything that violates these Terms or the law.

4. Drafts, archives, saves, and messages

con10tos gives you a few ways to manage content before or after it's public:

• A post saved as a draft is private to you until you publish it. Once published, a post's image and caption can no longer be edited.
• Archiving a published post hides it from the feed and your profile without deleting it — its likes and comments stay intact underneath, and unarchiving brings it right back.
• Saving another user's post bookmarks it for you privately; other users can't see what you've saved.
• Messages on con10tos are a one-way way to send someone a post, with a read/unread inbox — not real-time back-and-forth chat. A message is visible only to its sender and recipient.

5. Rules of the road

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate another person, or post content that is illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative of a minor.
• Create multiple accounts to get around limits built into the Service, such as the daily like limit or a block another user has placed on you.
• Use the reporting or blocking features in bad faith, including filing false reports.
• Scrape, or attempt to access, non-public data (such as who liked a post you don't own, or another user's profile-view detail) by circumventing the Service's access controls.
• Interfere with the normal operation of con10tos, including through spam, malware, or automated bulk actions.

6. Content moderation

Images you upload — for a post or a profile picture — are automatically screened by an automated content-safety tool before they're stored, and may be blocked from being posted if they appear to violate these Terms. Automated screening is a filter, not a guarantee: it can miss violations or, occasionally, flag something acceptable. We also rely on user reports (see Section 7) to catch what automated screening doesn't.

7. Reporting, blocking, and enforcement

con10tos lets you report a post, comment, or user, and lets you block another user so their content stops appearing for you and they can no longer interact with your content. We may review reports, and we may remove content, suspend, or terminate an account that violates these Terms, at our discretion and without prior notice where we reasonably believe it's necessary.

8. Pausing or deleting your account

Pausing your account signs you out and hides your profile, posts, comments, likes, and pins from everyone else, as if the account doesn't exist. Nothing is deleted — logging back in restores everything exactly as it was.

Deleting your account, from account settings, permanently removes your posts, comments, likes, pins, messages, saves, and uploaded images. This can't be undone.

9. Third-party links

A profile's background music is an embedded player for a link you paste (for example, Spotify or SoundCloud). We don't control or endorse that third-party content, and your use of it is subject to that provider's own terms.

10. The Service is provided “as is”

con10tos is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times — this is a small, actively-changing project. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount (if any) you've paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use con10tos after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
